A man died after he was shot multiple times in Sitio Magtitihol, Brgy. Puso, La Castellana, Negros Occidental, on Sunday, July 7.
Noel Sipolo, 44, of Sitio Balongay, Brgy. Montilla, Moises Padilla, died after he was shot by Jay-R Villanocha, 26, of Sitio Magtitihol in Brgy Puso, the police reported.
Sipolo was sitting on a chair beside a friend when the suspect arrived and shot him.
