Negros Occidental Board Member Manuel Frederick Ko (Neg. Occ., 3rd District) said he is planning to run for a congressional seat in 2025.
Ko said he will run as the number one nominee of the Abang Lingkod partylist.
Rep. Joseph Stephen Paduano is on his third and last term as Abang Lingkod partylist representative, and Ko is on his last term as board member.
Ko said his partylist bid has already been discussed with Paduano and Bacolod Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez.*
