The Kalag-kalag Festival of Isabela was named Best of Festival Dances Competition (Municipal Category) champion at the Panaad Stadium in Bacolod City Tuesday night, April 14.
It bested 12 other municipal festivals in Negros Occidental.
The first runner-up was the Bailes de Luces Festival of La Castellana and the Tinabuay Festival of Murcia was second runner up.
The Kisi-Kisi Festival of Ilog was third runner up and the Ugyonan Festival of EB Magalona was fourth runner up.
Provincial Administrator Rayfrado Diaz said the crowd at the 30th Panaad sa Negros Festival on Tuesday night was 10,745.*
