The installation of the new chiefs of seven Negros Occidental provincial government hospitals began Monday, August 15, Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz said.
Installed Monday were Dr. Glicerio Javellana at the Merceditas Montilla District Hospital in Sipalay City and Dr. Ma. Lalaine Teorima at the Eleuterio T. Decena Memorial Hospital in Hinoba-an.
Officials of Sipalay City and Hinoba-an at the turnover rites pledged support for the hospitals, Diaz said.
Dr. Claudelia Josefa Pabillo will assume her post as Cadiz District Hospital chief in Cadiz City on Tuesday, August 16.
Dr. Myre Parp will be installed as Lorenzo D. Zayco District Hospital chief in Kabankalan City, and Dr. Josephine Pahamtang as head of the Valladolid District Hospital in Valladolid on Wednesday, July 17.
On Thursday, August 18, Dr. Jiji Lucil Felicitas Verzosa will be installed as Gov. Valeriano M. Gatuslao Memorial Hospital chief in Himamaylan City, and Dr. Neil Natu-el at the Ignacio L. Arroyo Sr. Memorial District Hospital in lsabela.*
