An unidentified man was found dead in Purok Cobra, Brgy. Igmaya-an, Don Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental, on Saturday, March 9.
The unidentified man was found lying on the ground lifeless.
The victim’s hands were tied at his back with a cable wire.
He has a tattoo on his back that reads: “Cmdr Jok2x Baldomar”, the police said.
The victim was brought to Lagunday Funeral Homes in Bago City.*
