
Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson has ordered the reshuffling of heads of hospitals and chief nurses in provincial government-run hospitals in Negros Occidental effective immediately, Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz said Wednesday, July 20.
The heads of hospitals and their assignments are:
*Dr. Mary Ann Maestral – Teresita L. Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City;
*Dr. Claudelia Josefa Pabillo – Cadiz District Hospital in Cadiz City;
*Dr. Myre Parpa – Lorenzo D. Zayco District Hospital in Kabankalan City;
*Dr. Jiji Lucil Felicitas Verzosa – Gov. Valeriano M. Gatuslao Memorial Hospital in Himamaylan City;
*Dr. Josephine Pahamtang – Valladolid District Hospital in Valladolid;
*Dr. Carmelo Arguelles – Don Salvador Benedicto Memorial
District Hospital in La Carlota City;
*Dr. Neil Natu-el – Ignacio L. Arroyo Sr. Memorial District Hospital in lsabela;
*Dr. Glicerio Javellana – Merceditas Montilla District Hospital in Sipalay City; and
*Dr. Ma. Lalaine Teorima – Eleuterio T. Decena Memorial Hospital in Hinoba-an.
Lacson said the assignments were made in the interest and exigency of the service.
The hospital chiefs should report to Diaz and Dr. Ma. Girlie Pinongan, Hospital Operations Department officer-in-charge, for further instructions and delegation of functions, duties and responsibilities, Lacson said.
Lacson also issued a separate order assigning three chief nurses to the following hospitals:
* Jane Gaylo – Cadiz District Hospital;
*Zenia Camolista – Teresita L. Jalandoni Provincial Hospital; and
*Maria Maricel Judith – Lorenzo D. Zayco District Hospital.
They should report to Pinongan, Lacson said.*
