The governor lauded the scholars and expressed his gratitude to the valued manning partners for their support and cooperation.
He also thanked the parents for their unwavering support to their children and acknowledged Negros Occidental Scholarship Program head Karen Dinsay for her dynamic and committed dedication to the development of the Negrense learners.
Thirty qualified students were granted scholarship on a “Study Now, Pay Later” scheme at JBLCF-B who must complete their academic requirements for the degree Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation and Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering.
