Another drop in fuel prices is expected on Tuesday, September 13, Unioil Petroleum Philippines announced on Saturday, September 10.
Diesel prices should go down by P1.20 to P1.40 per liter, and gasoline by P0.40 to P0.50 per liter from September 13-19, Unioil said.
On Tuesday, September 6, oil firms also cut prices of gasoline by P2.60 per liter, diesel by P1.60, and kerosene by P1.55.
Since the start of the year until August 30 the prices of gasoline increased by P19.55, diesel – P37.80, and kerosene P33.20 per liter, the Department of Energy reported.*
