Freedom caravan on Feb. 25 vs. mandatory vaccination

“Freedom caravan” against mandatory COVID-19 vaccination will be held in Bacolod City Friday morning, February 25, lawyer William Mirano said.

He said the caravan to be participated in by about 80 vehicles, will start from the Panaad Park and Stadium at 8 a.m. and end at the Pope John Paul II Tower at the reclamation area in Bacolod City.

Participants will then walk to the Bacolod Public Plaza where prayers will be held.

Mirano said they are not against COVID-19 vaccination, they are only opposing its being made mandatory.

“We believe people should be given the freedom to choose, more so when the vaccines are in the experimental stage. People should not be experimented on, they are humans not animals,” he said.

He stressed that their group has no political leanings or any political agenda.*
