Edmundo Raul Causing, former head of the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist of Negros Occidental, passed away Monday, Jan. 13.
Causing, 57, who served as provincial agriculturist from February 2022 to July 2023, succumbed to cardiac arrest.
Before joining the provincial government, he also served as the chair of the Agribusiness Management Department and faculty member of the College of Business and Accountancy at the University of St. La Salle in Bacolod City.*
