Three houses were destroyed and four were damaged in a fire that hit Purok Rosas, Sitio Sibucao, Brgy. Banago, Bacolod City, Monday, Dec. 4.
The fire engulfed a residential area owned by Dexter Guevarra at about 4:40 a.m., Monday, the Bacolod City Fire Station reported.
Senior Fire Officer Archie Estaño, Chief Investigator of the Bureau of Fire Protection-Bacolod, said that based on their initial investigation, the fire was caused by “electric ignition”.
The Bureau of Fire Protection-Bacolod estimated the damage at P41,000.*
