An abandoned house was destroyed in a fire at Carmen Street ., Brgy. 40, Bacolod City, early Monday morning, June 3.
One house was destroyed and another was damaged in the fire at around 4:33 a.m., the Bacolod City Fire Station reported.
The house was owned by lawyer Clodualdo Subaldo Jr. and it is suspected that the fire was caused by cigarette butts left by strangers who hung out at the house.
The fire caused damages worth P60,000, the Bacolod City Fire station reported.*
