A Negrense and his son died after they were electrocuted by an exposed electrical wire in Purok 6, Brgy. Nabalian, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental, on Saturday, Nov. 9.
Found dead were Salvador Inayan Jr., 55, and his son Salvador III, 25, residents of Purok 6.
Salvador III accidentally touched a live electrical wire while carrying a container of water causing his immediate death and a concerned citizen informed the family of Salvador III that he was lying on the ground.
His father, Salvador Jr., rushed to the victim but accidentally touched the electrical wire and was also electrocuted.
They were rushed to the Valeriano M. Gatuslao Memorial District Hospital but were declared dead on arrival.*
