Eighth most wanted man in Negros Oriental nabbed

The Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office arrested a suspect listed as the No. 1 most wanted person at the municipal level and No. 8 at the provincial level for two counts of acts of lasciviousness on Thursday, Sept. 18.

The arrest was carried out by personnel of the Siaton Police Station, with the support of the 5th Mobile Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion-Negros Island Region.

The suspect was apprehended by virtue of a warrant of arrest for acts of lasciviousness issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 31 Presiding Judge Shiela Lynn Martinez Catalan Besario in Dumaguete City on June 30.

The case carries a fixed bail of P400,000 for the suspect’s temporary liberty.

He is currently under the custody of the Siaton Municipal Police Station.*
