A driver sustained minor injuries after his vehicle flipped and crashed into a parked car at the Circumferential Road near Panasiatic in Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City, Tuesday, Sept. 23.
A Mitsubishi Mirage G4 driven by Joey Rey Oria, 27, of Brgy. Bata, was heading north when he allegedly fell asleep at the wheel around 3:40 a.m., the police reported.
The car flipped and rammed into a parked Suzuki Ertiga owned by Bernabe Tanlawn, 46, of Brgy. Banago.
The impact damaged the rear of the Ertiga and caused major damage to the Mirage. Oria sustained minor injuries and complained of body pains.
Traffic Enforcement Unit investigators are conducting a case conference on the incident.*
