“Fog”, an imperial tzu dog owned by Rodelyn Sta. Ana, bested 26 other cats and dogs who participated in the event.

The dog and the owner who wore blue costumes with feather headdresses similar to the MassKara Festival logo caught the attention of the judges and spectators as they paraded at the BCGC stage.
