The police arrested a minor and seized a firearm and suspected shabu in Sitio Asinan, Brgy. Bagonawa, San Enrique, Negros Occidental, on Tuesday, February 6.
Arrested was a 17-year-old teen, whose name was withheld by the police.
The policemen were serving a search warrant to alias “Shaolin”, 29, but he managed to escape.
However, his companion, the teenager, was arrested with one gram of shabu, the police said.
Recovered from alias Shaolin’s house was a .38 caliber gun with five live ammunition and six sachets of suspected shabu valued at P6,800, the police added.
The arrested minor was turned over to the San Enrique Municipal Police Station-Women and Children’s Protection Desk.*
