The sixth most wanted person in the Negros Island Region for alleged statutory rape was arrested by the police in Purok Baraks, Brgy. Camingawan, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, on Friday, June 13.
Arrested was alias “Leonardo”, of Purok Baraks, the police said.
Leonardo was tagged as the sixth most wanted in the regional and provincial level and second most wanted person in the city level for three counts of qualified statutory rape.
The warrant was issued by the presiding judge of Branch 61 of the Regional Trial Court in Kabankalan on April 21 with no bail recommended.
The suspect is now under police custody.*
