A high-value drug suspect was arrested and more than P428,000 in suspected shabu was seized in a buy-bust operation in Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, on Tuesday afternoon, April 7.
The Pontevedra police conducted the operation Brgy. Gomez.
Authorities confiscated about 63 grams of suspected shabu, including the buy-bust item and additional sachets in the suspect’s possession.
Also recovered were the buy-bust money, drug paraphernalia, and other non-drug items.
The seized items will be submitted to the provincial forensic unit for laboratory examination.*
