The police arrested three persons and seized suspected shabu worth P136,000 in a buy-bust operation in Purok 6, Brgy. 1, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, on Thursday, Jan. 23.
Arrested were “Pablo”, 36, “Rudy”, 36, and “Rat”, 40, of Kabankalan City, the police reported Friday.
Recovered from them were 11 sachets of suspected shabu weighing 20 grams, the police said.
The police also confiscated two improvised glass tooters and two improvised plastic straw scoops all containing traces of suspected shabu, paper bills, including the buy-bust money, and other non-drug evidence.
The three are now under police custody and will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.*
