The police arrested a Negrense and seized suspected shabu worth P102,000 in a buy-bust operation in Purok Calera, Brgy. Miranda, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
Arrested was alias “Nonoy”, 35, a resident of Purok Calera, the police said.
The police said recovered from him was suspected shabu weighing 15 grams.
The seized drugs will be brought to Negros Occidental Provincial Forensic Unit (NOCPFU) in Bacolod City for laboratory examination.
The suspect is now under police custody and will be charged for violation of the Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.*
