Policemen found several stolen items from the rented house of the slain robbery holdup group leader.

Capt. Elmer Bonilla, Police Station 7 head, inspected Tuesday, January 11, the rented house of Arnold “Aki” Cuadra at Villa Homes Subdivision, Barangay Vista Alegre, where the suspect and his companions – Jhundelle Rafols, his cousin Leonil Rafols Jr., and Rene Boy “Kogan” Dacillo – stayed.

Items reported stolen in blotter reports such as shoes, bags, tools and components were found at the house.

On Friday, January 7, the Rafols cousins and Dacillo were abducted from the house, while Cuadra was able to escape but the unidentified suspects onboard two vehicles went after him.

All victims were found dead on Saturday, January 8, in different locations in Bacolod City, Bago City and Murcia.

Bonilla said that investigation into the case is still ongoing.

He said it has been a challenge as there was no closed-circuit television in the area, and the families of the victims have yet to talk to the police.*
