The tenth most wanted person in Sagay City, Negros Occidental, was arrested in Purok Daisy, Brgy. Puey, for alleged attempted rape on Monday, February 5.
Arrested was a 17-year-old teenager whose name was withheld by the police.
The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court-6 in Bacolod City and bail was set at P10,000.
The arrested minor is now under the custody of the Sagay City Social Welfare and Development Office for proper disposition and will be brought to the court where his case was filed.*
