The Office of the Ombudsman-Visayas has directed the chief of the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in Bacolod City to respond to a complaint for alleged abuse of authority and misconduct filed against him by the former assistant chief nurse of CLMMRH.
Dr. Julius Drilon said on Wednesday, June 23, that he is leaving it to his lawyers to respond to the complaint lodged by Milagros Atienza when reached for comment.
Director Gaudioso Melendez of the Office of the Ombudsman said finding enough basis to proceed with the criminal investigation of the case, Drilon is ordered to file his counter affidavit and other controverting evidence within 10 days from receipt of the of the OMB order dated May 20.*
