CENECO inaugurates new satellite office in Salvador Benedicto

The Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CENECO) inaugurated its newly-constructed building located at Poblacion, Brgy. Igmaya-an, fronting the Municipal Hall of Salvador Benedicto on February 3.

The said building will serve as CENECO’s first-ever extension office in Salvador Benedicto which will cater to payments, application, line troubleshooting and other CENECO-related concerns of the Member-Consumer-Owners in the municipality. The other half of this building will also serve as the new fire station of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Salvador Benedicto.

A ribbon cutting and blessing ceremony was officiated by Rev. Fr. Rodolfo Benlot, Jr.

The inauguration was graced by Mayor Laurence Marxlen Dela Cruz, CENECO Project Supervisor/General Manager Danny Pondevilla and Murcia Area Manager Hernani Veniegas, together with CENECO officials, managers and other personnel.

CENECO caters to seven Barangays in the municipality, serving a total of 2,467 member-consumer-owners in the town.
