Bug-ang on Saturday, May 17, the police reported on Sunday.Alias “Alimar”, 27, of Sitio Vergara, Brgy. Bug-ang, was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest.The warrant was issued by the presiding judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 58 in San Carlos City on May 9 for violation of Republic Act 8353 or the Anti-Rape Law with no bail recommended.The suspect is now under the custody of the police.*
