Victorias Milling Company has completed its P200 million environmental mitigation upgrade projects to address the environmental concerns of the residents of Manapla town, Negros Occidental.The former wastewater lagoon of the plant at Sitio Pili in Barangay Purisima now looks like a resort because of the rehabilitation project.They also built a new man-made pool for the liquid fertilizer from the plant which will be given free to 50 farmer organizations.The construction of the anaerobic digester that minimizes odors from the processing plants has also been completed.Engr.
