Man who went missing after chase found dead

The body of a tractor driver who had been missing for four days was found with a severed right hand and wounds on the back at a sugarcane field in Purok Matinumanon, Brgy Alianza, Bago City, on Sunday, December 18.The victim was identified as Boddy Samulde Custodio, 42, of Purok Kalubihan Brgy Bacong Bago City, SSgt. Globe welcomes the release of the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of the SIM Registration Act for standard enforcement of the law, a press release from the firm said Monday, December 19.The IRR, crafted by the National Telecommunications Commission in consultation with the telco industry, has also gone through public hearing.
