Sugar producers signed up at the VMC Planters’ Caravan that started last week in Jerusalem Transloading Station in Brgy. Jerusalem, Cadiz City.More than 200 sugar farmers have signed up for the Planters' Caravan launched by Victorias Milling Co. Inc.
