Carlos Hilado Memorial State University Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) Program held its 14th Recognition and Thanksgiving Celebration for its newly licensed civil engineers at Sugarland Hotel, Bacolod City, on Friday, February 3.Sixty-three CHMSU graduates passed the Civil Engineering Licensure Examinations (CELE) held in May and November 2022, a press release from the university said Monday.In the November CELE, CHMSU graduate Jefferson Y.
