The Department of the Interior and Local Government has given the Negros Occidental Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) a 100 percent performance rating for 2021, Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz said on Thursday, August 18.The rating was based on a thorough assessment of the documents by the Regional Audit Team, DILG Regional Director Juan Jovian Ingeniero informed Negros Occidental Gov.
