Fuel prices are going up again starting Tuesday, August 23.Unioil Petroleum Philippines on Saturday projected that diesel prices will increase by P2.60 to P2.80 per liter from August 23 to 29.It also projected that gasoline will increase by P0.40 to P0.60 per liter.The price increases since the start of the year for gasoline, diesel, and kerosene stood at P17.45, P29.10, and P24.30 per liter, respectively, as of August 16, the Department of Energy said.*

Fuel prices are going down Tuesday, August 16, until August 22.Diesel should go down by P1 to P1.20 per liter, Unioil Petroleum Philippines projected Saturday.There will be either no change or a decrease of P0.10 per liter for gasoline, it added.On August 9 diesel prices went down by P2.20 a liter and P2.10 per liter for gasoline.As of August 9 gasoline prices have had a net increase of P17.55 per liter and diesel P30.15 per liter since the start of the year.*
