The governor made the announcement at the provincial government employees Christmas Party and switch on of lights at the Capitol Lagoon and Park.

The P55,000 is composed of the P30,000 Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) bonus, P5,000 Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) and P20,000 Service Recognition Incentive (SRI), the governor said.
The CNA bonus and PEI will be released by Dec. 16, and the SRI before the New Year, Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz said.
The governor said with the province having received a Seal of Good Local Governance for 2023, the provincial government employees will also receive performance-based bonuses next year.
“I am happy and proud that we have reaped numerous awards this year, including the most prestigious National Award for Local Governments, the Seal of Good Local Governance, popularly known as the SGLG”, the governor said in his speech at the Christmas party.
He also noted that the provincial government also won the 2023 GAWAD Parangal for its peace efforts.
“With these awards and the many others I have not mentioned, allow me to extend my heartfelt congratulations and appreciation to all of you,” Lacson said.
“And, most importantly, we offer this to God’s honor and glory. We thank Him for making us His hands, His instruments extended to our people, to our province, and the world,” the governor said.
“May the spirit of love, peace and harmony brought by the birth of Jesus permeate all of us,” he said.*
