Businessman killed, 3 others found dead

Businessman Ronnie Galve Pabilona was killed in his store in Himamaylan City.*

A businessman was killed and three others were found dead in Negros Occidental, the police reported Wednesday, March 1.

Businessman Ronnie Galve Pabilona, 47, was killed at Brgy.4 Poblacion, Himamaylan City, 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, February 28.

Pabilona was eating lunch at his store when a male person entered and ordered lunch. The person went out of the store, and returned a few minutes later and suddenly shot Pabilona on the back of his head using a .45 caliber pistol, the police said.

The victim was brought to the Governor Valeriano M. Gatuslao Memorial Hospital but was declared dead on arrival, the police added.

The suspect escaped.

Fisherman Jesus Sevilleno was found dead in a tricycle with a head injury at Purok Roadside, Brgy. Punta Salong, Manapla, 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Sevillano was involved in a mauling incident the day before he was found dead, the police said.

Meanwhile, Jose Villanueva Negres, 48, died from electrocution at Sitio Paraiso, Brgy. Refugio, Calatrava, 11: a.m. Tuesday.

The victim was collecting grass for his domestic animals beside a fishpond when he accidentally touched a post with a live wire.

Roberto Lombo Porras, 33, was also found dead on Monday in Kabankalan City.*
