A 40-year-old man on a scooter died after he accidentally bumped a traffic cone along the highway in Brgy. Zone 15, Talisay City, Negros Occidental, Monday, Feb. 10.
The casualty was identified by the police only as “Ronald”, a resident of Brgy. Vista Alegre, Bacolod City.
The victim was driving his scooter on the way to Talisay proper when the accident happened.
The victim sustained serious injuries and was brought to a hospital where he was declared dead, the police said.*
