The National Nutrition Council Region VI has recognized the Bacolod City Nutrition Committee with a Green Banner Seal of Compliance for 2021.
It is in recognition given for taking part in the recently ended Monitoring and Evaluation of Local Level Plan Implementation (MELLPI) Pro, a press release from the Bacolod Information Office said.
MELLPI is an annual activity of the National Nutrition Council through the Regional Nutrition Evaluation Team (RNET) to assess the performance of the local government units and local nutrition workers.
A Regional Nutrition Awarding Ceremony (RNAC) is held annually to recognize and award local government units and nutrition workers who have excelled in managing and implementing nutrition programs throughout the previous year.
This year’s RNAC will be held in Iloilo City on November 23.*
