Bacolod City and other Negros Occidental local government units are suspending classes again on Wednesday, Sept. 18, with more rains brought on by the Southwest Monsoon and enhanced by Tropical Depression “Gener” and Tropical Storm “Helen” expected.
Negros Island Region will continue to experience moderate to heavy rainfall, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

EB Magalona, Silay City, Isabela, Victorias City, Pulupandan, Don Salvador Benedicto, La Castellana, Cauayan, Bago City, Binalbagan, Sipalay City and Kabankalan City also suspended classes at all levels on Wednesday.
Classes in Murcia and Ilog are suspended until Friday.*
