The fourth most wanted person of Bacolod City Police Station 4 was arrested for alleged rape in Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City, on Monday, January 22.
Arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest was Joseph Recusalem, alias “Toytoy”, 21, a construction worker from Purok Cubay, Barangay Villamonte.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Karen Joy Gaston of the Regional Trial Court Branch 43 in Bacolod City on Jan. 18 with no bail recommended.
The suspect is now detained at Police Station 4.
Meanwhile, another individual was also arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for alleged statutory rape in Brgy. Handumanan, Bacolod City.
Arrested was Gemson Jayona, 30, of Brgy. Cabug, Bacolod City.
The warrant was issued by Judge Maritess Gamahin of RTC Branch 51 in Bacolod City on January 12.
The suspect is now detained at the Metro Bacolod District Jail Male Dorm Annex in Brgy. Handumanan.*
