Nine midwifery students who are scholars of the municipal government of Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental,  just graduated from the Southland College in Kabankalan City, Moises Padilla  Mayor Ella Celestina  Garcia-Yulo said on Monday, June 16.The nine scholars visited  Garcia-Yulo  at her office to personally thank her on Monday.One of them, Jonathan D.
