Fifty-seven frontliners in two government hospitals have tested positive for COVID-19.
The doctors, nurses and other personnel at the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in Bacolod City positive for COVID-19 have hit 50, Dr. Julius Drilon, CLMMRH chief, said Monday, January 17.
The CLMMRH Department of Pediatrics is limiting its admissions to extreme emergency cases only in its non-COVID area, a hospital advisory said.
Meanwhile, the frontliners at the Teresita L. Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City quarantined are now 21, with seven having tested positive for COVID-19, Dr. Maryann Maestral, TLJPH chief, said Monday.
The TLJPH has temporarily suspended obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department services and is limiting admissions to emergency cases only until further notice.*
