Two partylist representatives will be able to raise as much as P12 to 15 million more to assist indigent patients under the Bacolod Comprehensive Health Program (BacCHP) for the last three months of 2022.
Rep. Joseph Stephen Paduano (Abang Lingkod Partylist) said he can see to the downloading of P8 million from the Department of Health Medical Assistance Program for the BacCHP’s needs from October to December this year.
Rep. Anthony Golez (Malasakit @ Bayanihan Partylist), a former representative of Bacolod, has also committed to download P2 million for the BacCHP, Paduano said.
However, if the funds are not enough they can both raise up to P12 to 15 million for the BacCHP, he added.
Paduano said Bacolod Rep. Greg Gasataya may also download additional funds from the national government for the BacCHP.
Gasataya said he will check how much is still available under DOH MAP for the Lone District of Bacolod.*
