After leading the annual stockholders meeting and board election of Vallacar Transit Inc. on December 4, Olivia V. Yanson (OVY) once again led the annual stockholders meeting and board election of sister company Ceres Liner Travel and Tours Inc. (CLTTI )in her dual capacity as conjugal co-owner and court-appointed special administrator of the estate of her late husband Ricardo B. Yanson.
In an order dated Oct. 21, 2021, a Bacolod court appointed OVY as special administrator of the estate of Ricardo, a press release from CLTTI said.
During the meeting held at CLTTI’s principal office at Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City, on Monday, January 3, OVY, Leo Rey V. Yanson, Ginnette Y. Dumancas, Charles M. Dumancas, Anita G. Chua, Arvin John V. Villaruel and Daniel Nicolas Golez were re-elected as members of the Ceres board of directors.
The board in an organizational meeting that followed reapointed Leo Rey V. Yanson as CLTTI chairman of the board and president and OVY as corporate secretary and treasurer.
Stockholders Roy V. Yanson, Ma. Lourdes Celina Yanson-Lopez and Ricardo V. Yanson Jr. were absent during the meeting despite due notice given them, the press release said.*
