A woman was arrested in Brgy. Calindagan, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Saturday, October 2, with more than P1 million in drugs, the police said.
The police identified the suspect as Jhaya Sanon Aguilar, 25, of Barangay Calindagan.
Armed with a search warrant, joint operatives of the City Drug Enforcement Unit and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency swooped into the suspect’s house and found 150 grams of suspected shabu worth P1.020 million.
The suspect is now detained at the Dumaguete police detention cell and will face drug charges.*
