A woman was stabbed to death by her jealous former partner in her home at Barangay 2, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental Monday, January 17.
Killed was 30-year-old Enelisa Petua.
The suspect identified as 33-year-old Jhondad Sase went to the boarding house of the victim and confronted her to choose between him and her chatmate, an Indian national, a police report said.
When the victim chose her chatmate, she was stabbed multiple times by the suspect, who surrendered to authorities after the incident.
The victim was declared dead at a hospital.*
