The City of Victorias, in partnership with SM City Bacolod, also turned over the “Bears Of Joy” to 107 Victoriasanon Daycare Children from Barangays I, IV, and VII, a press release from Victorias said.

SM City Bacolod’s beneficiary, Kalipay Negrense Foundation – a non-profit organization working for the causes of disadvantaged children, will also receive 107 bears from the Victorias LGU, “highlighting the true essence of Christmas by bringing joy and hope to the children,” the press release added.

This Christmas every Victoriasanon family will receive more gifts from the city government, Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez said in his Christmas message.
