Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez has initiated the relocation of families whose houses were recently hit by fire in Barangay V, Victorias City.
They will be relocated to the Villa Victorias Housing Site, the VIctorias public information office reported.
The mayor donated 30 sacks of rice to the 13 families who were victims of the fire.
The Victorias City government also provided P10,000 each to families whose houses were destroyed and P5,000 for those whose houses were damaged, the mayor said.
Several city officials also extended aid to the fire victims. *
