Units at the Two Regis, Megaworld Bacolod’s second residential condominium at The Upper East, are set to be turned over to their owners this year.
Standing 14 stories high with 310 units, Two Regis elevates condominium living in Bacolod, Harold Geronimo, Vice President and Head of Public Relations and Media Affairs at Megaworld Corporation, said on Friday.
Geronimo, who led a media walkthrough of Two Regis ahead of its official unveiling, said it places Bacolod City at par with the big cities across the Philippines, especially in Metro Manila.
Two Regis has a hotel-inspired lobby and curated spaces for leisure and relaxation that redefines urban living in Bacolod, he said.
Two Regis also features a baggage holding area, mail room, lap pool, kiddie pool, daycare center, fitness center, function rooms, landscaped sky gardens on the 8th and 12th floors, a high-ceiling lobby with guest lounge and reception counter, and three passenger elevators.
The majority of the buyers of the Two Regis condominiums are Negrenses residing abroad. There are also Manila residents who have bought units because they see Bacolod as a rising city when it comes to economic progress, Geronimo said.
The majority of its 310 units were sold out at the pre-selling stage, but there are ready-for-occupancy units still up for sale, Geronimo said.*
