The police nabbed two persons and seized P360,400 in suspected shabu at the San Carlos Milling Co. Inc. (SCMCI) Compound in Barangay 1, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, at 11:17 p.m. Thursday, March 31.
Nabbed were Dino Carlo Mercado Sebugero , 32, and Jopit Tiongson Villador, 42, of Barangay 1, a San Carlos police report said.
The police conducted a buy bust operation against Sebugero that also resulted in the arrest of Villador.
Seized was 53 grams of shabu valued at P360,400, and the P1,000 in buy bust money, the police reported.
The two arrested persons are detained at the San Carlos City Police Station.*
