Global digital business services provider TP in the Philippines has earned its ninth consecutive Great Place to Work® Certification, marking a major milestone as the company celebrates its 30th year of operations in the country.

The certification is awarded to organizations that maintain high levels of trust, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie among their workforce based on employee feedback, a press release from TP said Thursday, August 20.

Since establishing its Philippine presence in 1996, TP has expanded to approximately 60,000 employees spread across 29 sites nationwide, including  Bacolod City,  establishing itself as a key player in the country’s IT-Business Process Management (IT-BPM) sector.

“A great workplace is one where people are empowered to transform opportunities into meaningful impact,” said Rahul Jolly, Chief Executive Officer of TP in the Philippines.

“Receiving our ninth consecutive Great Place to Work certification, as TP celebrates its 30th year in the Philippines, is a testament to the work culture we have intentionally built over the past three decades”, he said.

Jorge Amar, Chief Executive Officer of TP Group, highlighted the role of workforce culture amid technological shifts.

“As our industry continues to evolve, the future of work will increasingly be defined by the powerful collaboration between people and AI,” Amar stated, adding that high-trust environments are crucial as the company integrates advanced capabilities like its TP.ai FAB program to upskill employees.

In addition to technology initiatives, the company continues to run diversity and inclusion programs, including TP Women for female leadership, TP Pride for LGBTQ+ inclusion, TP Harmony for underrepresented groups such as Persons with Disability and solo parents, and TP Legacy for retiring employees.*
