Teleperformance is creating thousands of new jobs in Bacolod City and Negros Occidental as it expands its operations in the region, Nanette Galvez, Site Director for Teleperformance Bacolod, announced Tuesday, Dec. 5.
With a presence in Bacolod for 17 years, Teleperformance has expanded its space within Luxur Place, occupying the remaining hotel rooms of the 4-storey hotel and converting it into an additional production area.
This strategic move will significantly increase the company’s capacity to serve its growing client base, she said.
“We are thrilled to expand our operations in Bacolod and Negros Occidental…which is a testament to our belief in the potential of the local workforce and our commitment to contributing positively to the local economy,” Galvez said.
Kei Bryan Dusaban, Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition in Visayas, cited Teleperformance’s long history of providing employment opportunities for Negrenses.
“We are excited to invite all job seekers in Bacolod to join our vibrant and zestful workplace,” he added.
To allow the company to cater to more applicants, Teleperfomance has also built and introduced a new and bigger recruitment hub at Luxur Place, Magsaysay Avenue.
The facility is designed to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, reflecting Teleperformance’s values, culture, and commitment to excellence.
Teleperformance is currently seeking candidates to support its various programs in telecommunications, travel, healthcare, and banking and finance. Interested applicants must be at least 18 years old, have completed high school, and possess above-average English communication skills, Dusaban added.
To streamline the recruitment process, Teleperformance encourages applicants to apply online at https://mytp.link/bacolodjobs, allowing them to apply from the comforts of their homes.
Teleperformance recently secured its third consecutive recognition in Fortune Magazine’s World’s Best Workplaces™ 2023 roster. TP ranked 5th out of 25 global companies selected in the prestigious list which surveyed 14.8 million employees worldwide.
“This recognition is a crowning achievement to the grit and greatness of our people. It affirms the high trust and confidence that employees place upon Teleperformance in their journey to realize their dreams for themselves and their loved ones. And we will continue to honor our people’s faith in us by providing them with safe, empowering, and rewarding workplaces,” said Rahul Jolly, Teleperformance Philippines Chief Executive Officer.*
